Fabulous app feature graphic showing a daily routine and habit journey

Fabulous built a following by turning “build a morning routine” into something you actually walk through, step by step, instead of a list you write once and ignore. We liked that shape enough to build our own small version of it for the browser. It is called RoutineFlow, it opens with a working five-step morning routine already loaded, and it runs a guided timer through each step with nothing to install and nothing to sign up for.

Build your routine now

Press start and follow the ring through each step. Edit the steps first if you want, or just try the example.

How to use it

RoutineFlow opens with an example morning routine already built: drink water, stretch, make the bed, breathe, and write down your top three for the day. Tap any step’s name to rename it, use the plus and minus buttons to adjust its length, and use the up and down arrows to reorder it, all with the keyboard or a mouse as well as touch. Add a step or remove one at any time; there is nothing to save because every change writes itself.

Press “Start routine” and a progress ring counts down each step out loud in text, advancing to the next one automatically when the time runs out, or immediately if you tap “Mark done” early. Finish every step and you get a short animated celebration and a streak count that goes up once per calendar day you complete the routine. Your routine, your edits, and your streak are all saved on your device. Nothing leaves your browser.

How it compares to Fabulous

RoutineFlow keeps the part of Fabulous we think matters most: a routine you build once, then walk through step by step with a timer doing the pacing, so you are not the one deciding when to move on. The streak counter works the same way too, giving you one credit per day, no more.

What we left out is most of what makes Fabulous a full app. There is no coaching content, no habit journey library, no reminders or notifications, no separate morning and evening plans, and no account to sync your routine across devices. Fabulous also frames routines around long-term habit science with structured programs; RoutineFlow is just the loop of building steps and running through them.

Use RoutineFlow when you want to sketch a routine right now and try running through it once, today, without installing anything. Get Fabulous when you want reminders that actually nudge you at the right time, a library of guided routines to start from, and your progress backed up across every device you own.

Fabulous is free to download on Android and adds guided coaching routines, reminders, and cross-device syncing on top of the same idea: build a routine, then follow it.

Frequently asked questions

Can I build a morning routine online without downloading anything?

Yes. RoutineFlow runs entirely in your browser tab. Open the embed above, edit or keep the example steps, and press start; nothing installs and there is no account to create.

Is this the official Fabulous app?

No. RoutineFlow is an original tool we built, inspired by the guided-routine idea that Fabulous is known for. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Fabulous or its developer.

How does the streak counter work?

Completing every step in your routine once on a given day counts as one streak day. Finishing the routine again later that same day does not add another day. Completing it on the very next calendar day extends the streak by one; going more than a day without finishing it starts the streak over at one the next time you complete it.

Does it work offline and is it free?

Yes to both. Once the page has loaded, RoutineFlow keeps working without a connection, and it is completely free with no signup. Your routine, streak, and mute preference are saved in your browser’s local storage on your device only.

Can I use it for an evening routine instead of a morning one?

Yes. RoutineFlow does not care what the steps are called or when you run them. Rename the example steps to whatever your evening wind-down looks like, adjust the durations, and it works exactly the same way.
