How to play
Move with WASD or the arrow keys on desktop, or the on-screen joystick on mobile. Space or the HIT button swings your weapon at anything in range; press Q or tap MODE to swap between melee and a ranged bolt that auto-targets the nearest monster. E or the NOVA button unleashes an area burst once the blue bar fills, which is the fastest way to clear a room that has gotten out of hand.
Every crypt is generated fresh from that day's date, so everyone playing on the same day fights through the same layout. Every fifth floor guards its stairs with a tougher enemy that telegraphs a big hit before it lands, so watch the warning ring and move. When you reach the stairs, you choose: extract and bank your score, or push deeper for more loot and a harder floor. Your best score and day streak save to your browser's local storage. Nothing you do here leaves your device.

Cinder Crypt keeps the part of Diablo Immortal that actually matters for a five-minute session: descend, fight, loot, decide whether to keep going. The risk-or-reward stairs choice mirrors Immortal's own tension between pushing an Elder Rift further and banking what you already have.
