Party Animals turned floppy, uncooperative physics into the whole joke: every punch, grab, and shove sends your cartoon animal cartwheeling in a way you never quite meant. We wanted that particular flavor of chaos without installing anything, so we built Flop Brawl, an original 3D arena brawler where you wrestle two rivals and try to shove them off the platform before they return the favor. It runs right here in your browser, no download, no signup, and today’s arena and rivals are the same for everyone who opens this page.

How to play
Move with WASD or the arrow keys, space bar to jump, and shift (or the J key) to shove in the direction you’re facing. On touch, drag the left pad to move and tap the JUMP and SHOVE buttons on the right; drag anywhere else on the screen to look around. Get close to a rival and shove to send them flying, then finish the job by knocking them past the edge. Last animal standing wins the round.
The arena, the two rivals, and how aggressive they play are all seeded from today’s date, so every player gets the same arena number and the same opponents today. If the round drags on, the platform starts shrinking to force the issue. Your best knockout count and your daily win streak are saved on your device, and nothing leaves your browser.
How it compares to Party Animals
Flop Brawl keeps the part of Party Animals that actually makes it funny: physics you don’t fully control. Our animals lean and wobble under their own momentum, squash on impact, and stumble off balance after a hit, so a shove rarely lands exactly the way you planned. The core goal, knock the other guy off the platform, is the same knockout loop that anchors Party Animals’ Last Stand mode.
What we left out is everything that makes the original a party game rather than a solo arcade round. There’s no local or online multiplayer with real friends, no weapons to grab and swing, no 11 themed maps or Team Score and The Lab modes, no costumes or cosmetic unlocks, and no crossplay between platforms. Our rivals are simple AI, not the people you actually want to be laughing with when someone gets launched off a cliff. Party Animals is also built on a physics engine coded from scratch by Recreate Games specifically for that unpredictable ragdoll feel; ours is a lighter spring-based approximation tuned for one browser tab, not a full physics simulation.

Party Animals is developed by Recreate Games and published by Source Technology. It’s available on Windows PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PlayStation 5, with full crossplay between all of them, though save data doesn’t carry over across platforms. It launched day one on Xbox Game Pass, and outside of a subscription it’s a one-time purchase priced around $20 on Steam.

Can I play Party Animals in a browser?
Not the official game. Party Animals requires an install on Windows, Xbox, or PlayStation, and there’s no browser version from Recreate Games or Source Technology. Flop Brawl, the game on this page, is our own original arena brawler built to run entirely in the browser, on desktop or phone, so you can try a similar wobbly-physics knockout loop without installing anything.

No. Flop Brawl is an original game we built, inspired by the floppy physics combat that makes Party Animals fun to watch and play. It isn’t affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Recreate Games or Source Technology in any way. All the art, physics, and sound in Flop Brawl are our own code, and the download link above points to the official Steam page.
Is Party Animals on Xbox Game Pass?
Yes. Party Animals joined Xbox Game Pass on its launch day in September 2023 and has stayed available to subscribers since. Anyone without Game Pass can still buy it outright on Steam, Xbox, or PlayStation.
Is Flop Brawl free?
Completely. No ads, no purchases, no account, and no data collection. Your best knockout count and win streak live in your browser’s local storage and are never sent anywhere.
Does it work offline?
Once the page has loaded, Flop Brawl makes no further network requests, so it keeps running through a dropped connection. Party Animals itself needs a connection to matchmake with other players, since wrestling AI alone misses the point of a party game.
