SuperCook - Recipe Generator built its following on one question: what can you actually cook with what’s already in your kitchen? Tap the ingredients sitting in your fridge and cupboard, and it hands back recipes that need nothing else, so nothing goes to waste and nobody has to run to the store for one missing item. We liked that loop enough to build our own small version for the browser. It’s called Pantry Match, it opens with real results already on screen, and it runs entirely on your device with nothing to install and nothing to sign up for.

How to use it
The ingredient list on the left is split into five groups: proteins, vegetables, grains and pasta, dairy, and pantry staples. Tap anything you have, and the recipe list on the right re-sorts immediately, no search or calculate button involved. Recipes that need nothing beyond what you’ve already tapped move to the top with a “ready to cook” tag, and everything else shows how many ingredients are still missing so you know exactly what a grocery run would cost you. Tap any recipe to expand it in place and see the short ingredient list and the steps.
“Today’s pantry pick” at the top spotlights one recipe that changes daily, along with a note on how many of its ingredients you already have selected. Use it regularly and a small streak counter in the header tracks how many days in a row you’ve opened the tool. Everything, your selected ingredients, your streak, and your sound preference, is saved on your device only. Nothing leaves your browser.

Pantry Match keeps the part of SuperCook that made it a genuine recipe generator worth using: pick what you have, see only recipes that fit, and watch the list change the moment you add or remove something. That instant, no-waste matching is the entire reason the app caught on, and it’s the reason we built around it.
What we left out is the scale. SuperCook draws from a pantry list of more than 2,000 ingredients and a database of millions of recipes pulled from thousands of recipe sites, plus a voice dictation mode for adding ingredients by speaking them out loud. Pantry Match works from a fixed set of about 44 common ingredients and an original collection of just over 100 simple recipes we wrote ourselves, each with a short original method instead of a link to someone else’s site. There’s no voice input, no account, and no way to save a recipe for later beyond what your browser remembers.

No. Pantry Match runs entirely in your browser. Your selected ingredients, your streak, and your sound preference are stored in your browser’s local storage on your own device, and nothing is sent to a server.
