Decision Maker: Spin the Wheel exists for the moment you have too many options and no way to pick one. Type in the choices, spin, done. That loop does not need an install, so we built Spinnly, a free wheel that runs right here in your browser. Type your list, tap the wheel, and watch it slow down to a winner with a tick for every segment it passes.
Spin Spinnly now
Type your options in the box below (or tap a quick-start preset), then tap the wheel or the Spin button. Best played with sound on.
How to use it
Add one option per line in the text box, up to 20, then tap the wheel itself or the Spin button underneath it to send it turning. On touch, a tap starts the spin; on desktop, click or focus the wheel and press Enter or Space. The wheel updates the moment you edit the list, so you always see exactly what you are about to spin for.
Four presets sit above the wheel for the times you do not want to type anything: a plain Yes/No, a pizza-night pick, a “who goes first” rotation, and a movie-or-game call. Every spin gets logged in a small history strip so you can see what came up before, and your option list is saved on this device between visits. Nothing you type leaves your browser.
How it compares to Decision Maker: Spin the Wheel
Spinnly keeps the one thing that makes a wheel app worth opening: type a list, spin, get a fair, visibly random answer with the tension of watching it slow down. That loop is intact here, ticks and all.
The full Decision Maker app builds a permanent toolkit around that loop. It saves named wheels you can reopen later, offers ready-made templates for common decisions, and adds settings for how the spin behaves and how results get tracked over time. It is built to be a recurring utility on your phone, not a one-off page.
We left out saved wheel libraries and templates on purpose, since persistent named lists are what a dedicated app is for. If you need one wheel, right now, for one decision, Spinnly is faster than finding your phone and opening an app. If you make wheel-based decisions often enough to want a library of them, install the real thing.

Decision Maker: Spin the Wheel is free on Android, with saved wheel templates, customizable spin settings, and a permanent home for every wheel you build.
Frequently asked questions
Can I spin a decision wheel online without downloading anything?
Yes. Spinnly runs entirely in this page. Type your options, tap the wheel, and it spins and lands with no install and no account needed.
Is this the official Decision Maker app?
No. Spinnly is an original tool we built, inspired by the quick spin-to-decide loop that Decision Maker: Spin the Wheel does well. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to its publisher. For saved wheel libraries and templates, get the official app from Google Play above.
Does Spinnly work offline?
Yes. Once the page has loaded, typing options and spinning the wheel keeps working without a connection. Your option list and spin history are saved in your browser’s local storage on your device only.
Is the spin actually random?
Yes. Each spin picks uniformly at random among your current options before the wheel starts turning, then animates to land on that result. Adding the same option twice gives it proportionally better odds, same as writing it on a real wheel twice.
Is it free?
Yes, completely free with no signup and no limit on how many times you spin.
