How to play
Ten words sit somewhere in the grid, reading horizontally, vertically, or diagonally, forwards or backwards. Click or touch a letter and drag in a straight line to the last letter of a word. Get it right and the word locks in with a colored strike-through and drops off the list. Get it wrong and nothing happens, just try again.
No mouse or touchscreen handy? Click the grid, move the cursor with the arrow keys, press Enter to start a selection, extend it with more arrow presses, and press Enter again to confirm. Escape cancels a selection mid-drag.
Every day gives everyone the same themed grid under the Daily tab, so your time is comparable to a friend’s. Switch to Practice for unlimited fresh grids across four themes: animals, food, tech, and geography. Your best completion time and daily streak save to your browser’s local storage.
