Roblox

Adopt Me is one of the biggest experiences on Roblox for a simple reason: hatching an egg and watching a new pet toddle out never really gets old. There’s no combat, no losing, just a yard that grows a little bigger every time you play. That collector’s itch is exactly what a browser tab can reproduce without asking anyone to install Roblox first. We built Hatch Hollow, a free pet-hatching game inspired by that loop, and it runs right here.

Tap to start, then walk up to a glowing egg and hatch it. Best played with sound on for the hatch pop and happy chimes.

How to play

On a phone, drag the left pad to walk and drag the right side of the screen to look around. On desktop, use WASD or the arrow keys to move and drag with the mouse to look. Walk near a glowing egg and a Hatch button lights up in the corner (or press E); tap it and the egg cracks open with a little burst, revealing a new critter that starts following you around the yard.

Get close to any pet and the button switches to Feed. Feed a pet a few times to fill its happiness, and it occasionally grows into a bigger, shinier version, that’s the whole collection hook. Each day brings a fresh batch of eggs with a new color mix, and a round ends once you’ve hatched them all or the timer runs out. Every pet you hatch stays in your yard for next time, and your best day and total critters are saved right on your device. Nothing leaves your browser.

How it compares to Adopt Me

Hatch Hollow keeps the part of Adopt Me that actually hooks people: crack an egg, meet a new pet, watch your yard slowly fill up. Walking around, hatching, feeding, and the small thrill of a pet growing into a shinier form are all here, and your yard persists across visits so it keeps growing the more you play. It’s a small solo yard, not a shared server, and there’s no trading, no currency to earn or spend, and no dozens of licensed pet designs, just a handful of original critter shapes and colors that shuffle daily.

What it drops is everything that makes Adopt Me a live platform rather than a single game: no other players, no trading economy, no eggs bought with real or in-game currency, no vehicles or houses to decorate, and no ongoing content updates from a live team. If you’re after the social side, trading rare pets with friends, or the sheer depth of Adopt Me’s ever-expanding world, you want the real thing running inside Roblox. Hatch Hollow is closer to a quiet few minutes with your own pocket nursery.

Get the full experience

Adopt Me doesn’t ship as its own app. It’s an experience you open from inside Roblox, so getting to the real thing means installing Roblox and searching for Adopt Me once you’re in.

Download: AptoideGoogle Play

That download gets you Roblox, the platform. Adopt Me itself is free once you’re inside, you just search for it like any other experience. If you want to explore other sides of Roblox in a browser, we also built Maple Court, a free town roleplay game, and Cloud Course, a free obstacle-course game, both inspired by other sides of Roblox.

FAQ

Is this the real Adopt Me?

No. Hatch Hollow is an original browser game inspired by the egg-hatching, pet-raising feel that made Adopt Me popular, built entirely from scratch by our team. It isn’t affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Roblox Corporation or the creators of Adopt Me in any way.

Can I play Adopt Me in a browser?

Adopt Me itself runs inside the Roblox app or Roblox’s own browser client, not as a standalone web page. Hatch Hollow gives you a similar egg-hatching, pet-collecting loop without opening Roblox at all.

Does Hatch Hollow work offline?

Once the page has loaded, yes. There are no server calls after that, no accounts, and no ads to fetch. Your yard, your hatched pets, and your best day are saved locally in your browser, so they’re tied to this device and this browser.

Is it free?

Completely. No signup, no in-game purchases, and no download. Open the tab and your yard is waiting.

What do I need to actually download Adopt Me?

Install Roblox from Google Play or Aptoide using the links above, open the app, search “Adopt Me” in the Roblox search bar, and tap to join. Adopt Me has no separate app of its own.
