How to play
Every round starts with a 15x15 board that already has a short word sitting on it, plus a scattering of double and triple letter and word squares. You get seven letter tiles. Tap one, then tap an empty square touching a tile that’s already on the board to place it, tap a placed tile again to pull it back, and hit Recall to clear your whole move at once. Line tiles up in one row or column, keep them connected to the board, and hit Play word once you’ve got something real. It’s checked against a built-in dictionary. Land fresh tiles on a bonus square and you earn the multiplier; your rack refills to seven after every valid play, so you can keep chaining words until the clock runs out.
You’ve got 100 seconds a round. Stuck with an ugly rack? Trade tiles for new ones instead of forcing a bad word. The board, the starting word, and your opening rack are all generated from today’s date, so everyone who opens the page today plays the same puzzle. Your best score and day streak are saved on this device, and nothing leaves your browser.

Tile Clash keeps the part of Scrabble that actually hooks people: real letter values, real bonus squares, and the small thrill of landing a word on a triple-word tile. The daily board mirrors Scrabble’s habit-forming design, a fresh shared puzzle every day instead of an endless random shuffle, and every word gets checked against the same dictionary the whole time, so there’s no favoritism between your plays.
What’s missing is everything that makes Scrabble a full game night. There’s no second player and no turn-taking here. Tile Clash is a solo score-attack sprint, not a match. There’s no scoring against a rival, no tournament mode, no tile bag that ever runs dry, and no persistent multi-game profile. It’s one board, one clock, as many words as you can find in under two minutes. If you want the real head-to-head game with another person, Scrabble is built for exactly that. In your browser’s local storage, on your device. We don’t run accounts or servers for this game, so your best score and streak never leave your browser, and clearing your browsing data resets them. A new board, starting word, and rack arrive automatically at midnight for the next day’s run.
